Deer and Wildlife Mix



The deer will be fighting over this mix of premium alfalfa, hardy red clover and luscious tasting white clover. The combination of these three will not only attact the deer to your favorite spot, but will provide them with the nutrition they need to grow those trophy racks.

The primary building blocks of antlers are protein, calcium and phosphourus. The legumes in this mix are high in all three. But most importantly, they are extremely palatable and high yielding, which keep the buck coming back for more!

Seeding rate will vary. For best results, till or no-till the seed into bare ground at a rate of 15 pounds per acre or 1 pounds per 2,500 square feet (50'x50').

You can also frost seed to an area with vegetation already growing, but results will be dependent on the vegetation competition. Apply at least 5 pounds per acre or 1 pound per 10,000 square feet(100'x100'). A light discing before seeding will help expose the dirt for better soil to seed contact and will improve success.
